Training Centre Facilities

Scanomed operates 2 PET/CT systems, a Philips TF 64 system since 2007 and a Mediso AnyScan16 since 2011, in close collaboration between nuclear medicine and radiology imaging experts. The privately held imaging centre is a pioneer site in PET/CT imaging in Hungary. Other imaging equipment on-site include three 2-head SPECT, one 4-head SPECT, two planar scintigraphy cameras and one SPECT/CT.
The Training facility is hosted in modern building with spacious teaching facilities and modern IT access. The imaging facilities are within a 2 min walk from the class room. The class room is equipped with state-of-the-art projection systems and individual workstations for hands-on access to the clinical case study library.
